This organization is wonderful! I called about scar removal information and Richard was able to get me in for a consultation that day! Melissa did my consultation and my first laser treatment. She was encouraging throughout the treatment and very patient with me while answering all my questions. Dr. Riehm called me the following evening to follow up, see how I was feeling, and answer any other questions I had. The process and staff are all wonderful and customer-centric. I look forward to finishing my other treatments with them.
