From the moment I stepped in to this place I was treated with over the top customer service and kindness. Dr Laura is very knowledgeable and takes extra time to address any questions I've had. I had an extensive laser treatment done and am excited to say the problems that held me back for years are now gone. Richard is a pleasure to deal with at the front desk. All the staff are so very friendly and gentle. I will be using SkinDeepLaserMD for any and all of my future procedures. Dr Laura was highly recommended by a close family member and I couldn't be more thrilled that I followed up and got to work with her. Absolutely perfect experience!!! Had a facial yesterday with Mary, she was awesome. It wasn't a foofoo type of facial they talked to me about my skin and when I left, I left with a glow. I would highly recommend. I will be returning to receive a laser treatment for my skin. Also, they were very professional from the minute I walked in the door.

Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Made me very comfortable about an issue that has troubled me until now. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if your uncomfortable. This is no cookie cutter place and the staff is very personable and attentive to your needs.

Dr Laura is great. she takes the time to understand your needs and desires for tattoo removal and explains the process with the new laser. kind and friendly staff make this a top notch business for your needs.

I was so scared walking into Skin Deep Laser MD due to unpleasant experiences I've had in the past with a different doctor but, Dr. Riehm and the staff were so friendly and really tried to ease my anxiety about my procedure. During the procedure Dr. Riehm explained everything that was happening as it happened which again made me more at ease during what is usually a painful procedure. Thanks again Skin Deep Laser MD!
